- Class 3, cosmetics & cleaning: Non-medicated toiletries. Shampoos, soaps and cosmetics without a medicinal claim are class 3; the medicated versions are class 5.
- Class 10, medical devices: Medical devices. Support and orthopaedic bandages and medical apparatus are class 10 goods, not class 5 preparations.
